Marketing Specialist – Website & Media (m/w/d)

Spectacular stage shows, Hollywood movies, as well as light festivals and music videos are illuminated with our spotlights and LED tubes – in the field of battery-operated lights, we have been the market leader with our brand for years. The Astera team stands for unique innovations and is unmatched in the market.

At our location in Munich, we have a small team consisting of Sales, Global Marketing, Development, After-Sales, and Service/Support. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a well-organized and results-oriented person to support our current five-member marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing activities, including newsletter marketing and new product launches.
  • Maintain and expand content on the Astera website using WordPress or similar platforms, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in various initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute media plans, including tracking and following up on media usage to assess effectiveness.
  • Organize and execute photo shoots for new products, whether in the studio or during video shoots.
  • Develop and enhance our merchandising range through targeted promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured and meticulous approach to work.
  • Creativity, a good eye for design, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar website management platforms is a plus.
  • Empathy and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
