About Astera:
Astera, a leading company in the film- and event lighting industry known for innovation and excellence, is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Munich. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our distributor network by spearheading strategic initiatives, fostering strong partnerships, and driving growth to new horizons.
Tasks
- Manage Astera’s distributors by maintaining regular communication, setting goals, and evaluating their performance.
- Drive business development initiatives to secure new distributor partnerships.
- Attend trade shows to build relationships within the industry.
- Optional: Conduct seminars and training sessions for distributors.
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
Qualifications:
- University Degree, ideally in business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in managing international distributors in the B2B sector
- Experience in the film or event lighting industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (at least level C1)
