About Astera:
Astera, a leading company in the film- and event lighting industry known for innovation and excellence, is on the lookout for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Munich. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our distributor network by spearheading strategic initiatives, fostering strong partnerships, and driving growth to new horizons.
Tasks
- Manage Astera’s distributors by maintaining regular communication, setting goals, and evaluating their performance.
- Drive business development initiatives to secure new distributor partnerships.
- Attend trade shows to build relationships within the industry.
- Optional: Conduct seminars and training sessions for distributors.
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
Qualifications :
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l’éclairage cinématographique ou événementiel est un atout majeur.
- Expérience confirmée dans la vente, la gestion régionale ou le développement commercial avec des distributeurs internationaux.
- Nous préférons fortement que ce candidat travaille dans nos bureaux de Munich ou de Hong Kong.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
